Easy40 has closed down

I just went over to Easy40 Website and found out that it is already closed down. Easy40 is a one-up program which cost a one time $47 to join and you get to earn $40 per sale after you pass up your first sale (1-up compensation plan).

One time payment program like Easy40 are popular as they don’t have a monthly fee and member gets to earn a high percentage of commission over and over again with every new sale. But the main problem with such programs is often the admin lack commitment as he is not collecting a monthly fees from his members. When sales starts to slow down, the admin may decided to not to continue operating the site and let the domain name expires. This is what I suspect may have happened to Easy40.

To avoid such a situation, it is always important to join one time payment program under a responsible admin, so that you are ensure that the program will last a long time and not just disappear overnight. For example, Harvey Segal is operating his Ultimate SuperTip website since 2006. In fact, I am still getting regular sales from this website from my one time fee of $37 which I which paid years ago.
