HostGator Live Chat
Today, encounter some billing problem with HostGator, my webhost. I pay my HostGator subscription via paypal and it was send in early this month but somehow the HostGator billing dept didn’t registered the payment. So today, I recieved a payment due notice. Went over to the HostGator site and click on the Live Chat on top right corner. Tell the customer service staff my problem and give him the paypal transaction id. Few minutes later, my account is credited with the lost transaction and back to normal paying status again.
Overall, I am pretty satisfied with HostGator service despite this hiccups. The Live Chat is very useful for users like me who are outside USA as using the phone is not very economical for us. For those looking for a good quality and affordable web host, I highly recommended using HostGator.
